Purchase process

The prices on the website are indicated in Euros (EUR) with VAT.
Select a product and click the "Order" button on the product card under the parameters and prices for the product.
Fill out the application, in which indicate the details of the order: number of devices, equipment (without/with a tripod, without/with a wire), delivery address, company (private person) details, name, surname and phone number of the contact person.
After receiving the application, our consultant will contact you by e-mail or phone to confirm the order.

Payment options

- Bank Transfer: You will receive prepayment bill. After payment, send the payment order to the e-mail: info@kvarcalampas.lv in order to speed up the issue or delivery of the goods.
- Cash or payment card: payment at the office of "Airmed" SIA upon receipt of the goods.
* If the buyer pays by bank transfer, then the day of payment is the day of receipt of payment to the seller's bank account.


Pick-up at the office (free)
Office address: Maskavas street 322, Riga, Latvia, LV-1063, 3rd floor, office 303-10.The entrance to the building on the side, opposite the "Gigant" store, or next to the pizzeria "Lulu" (from the side of Maskavas street). The elevator is at the end of the hall.
After paying for the order, you will receive an email or call to receive the goods. The goods can be received at the office (please, call m.t.(+371)22442022 in advance) from 10:00 to 14:00 on business days (you can also call from 14-18, but always in advance).
Courier delivery (for a fee, which depends on the delivery address)
- The goods in the warehouse are prepared for shipment within 0-2 working days. The general delivery time of goods is from 1-3 days.
- If the ordered product is not in stock, we will contact you and agree on the delivery time.
- The seller is not responsible for late delivery of goods and misunderstandings arising during the order due to inaccuracies or errors in the data provided by the buyer.

Warranty and service

Normally full warranty on bactericidal devices is 2 years from the date of purchase for all manufacturing defects (also for legal entities!), including bactericidal lamps installed in devices.
For NEXA products warranty time is 3 years. For industrial products and solutions warranty time is calculated
depending on project conditions.
We offer warranty and post-warranty maintenance, as well as repair and service of all kinds of ultraviolet disinfectors, lamp replacement and preventive maintenance.
